Your clinical team will provide you with a web link (URL) where you can register and get set up to use the app. We recommend that you visit this web link (URL) in the browser on your mobile device - it's simpler that way.


The web link takes you to a 2-page form where you enter all of your relevant details, including:


Page 1

  • Your name

  • Your sex

  • Your date of birth

  • Your email address (required as a unique identifier for you)

  • Your mobile phone number (so that we can send you important reminders by text message. You can choose not to provide this if you really don't want to)


Page 2:

  • Your hospital (choose the hospital or clinic where you are having your procedure/treatment)

  • Your procedure (choose the procedure or treatment you are having)

  • Procedure date (choose the date of your procedure, if known)

  • Choose a password (write it down somewhere, you will need this to log into the app)

  • Confirm your password (type the same password you chose above)

Click to submit the form, and wait a few seconds. You will then see a 'success' page, including links to download the app for Apple devices (from the App Store) or Android devices (from Google Play). Click the correct link, depending on whether you are using an Apple or Android device. Click the relevant buttons on the App Store or Google Play to download, install and launch the app.



The app may go straight to the Login page - if not, tap Already registered? Log in. Enter the email address and password that you provided in the registration form. Wait up to a minute for the login process to complete, and all of your tailored content to be downloaded. You are now ready to use the app!




Why do you need my email address?

Because email addresses are unique, we use your email address as a unique identifier for you as a patient. It's also critical that we have a way of contacting you, to inform you of important changes to the app, or remind you of key tasks you may need to complete within the app (for example, to complete a short clinical questionnaire).


We will only ever use your email address for important information related to your treatment. We never provide email addresses to 3rd parties.


Why do you need my mobile number?

We would like to be able to remind you of key tasks you may need to complete within the app (for example, to complete a short clinical questionnaire) by using a text message to your mobile app.

Why do you need my procedure date?

The app will deliver you the right information at the right time, based on when you are having your procedure or treatment. Therefore it's important that we know your procedure date, or key treatment date. If you don't know this when you register, leave it blank - you can update it at any time within the app, by visiting the More page, entering your Profile, and tapping the relevant date row.


NOTE: The content in your app is highly customised to you. Therefore, the precise appearance of each screen may vary from the images above.
