Depending on how your care team has invited you to the myrecovery platform, there could be up to two different ways for you to create an account.
Option 1: I’ve been sent a 6 digit pin code
Register inside the app
If you have received a 6 digit pin code via either email or SMS message, then you will be able to create an account inside the app.
To do this, do the following:
- Download the app onto your device
- Tap “I have received a pin code and want to complete my account creation”
- Input your email address and 6-digit pincode
- Set a password and tap Submit
Register outside the app
If you have been sent a 6 digit pin code, you may have a link in your invitation email which allows you to create an account outside the app on a web browser. However if not, then you need to create an account inside the app.
Option 2: I’ve not been sent a 6 digit code
If you do not have a 6 digit pin code, then there should be a link in your invitation email, which allows you to create an account outside the app on a web browser. After creating your account we’d recommend you download the app and log by tapping “I’ve already created my account online”
If you do not have access to a smartphone or tablet, and therefore cannot download the app, you can still access so
of the online surveys by clicking “Access web portal” in your web browser.
