If you forget your password, don't worry. Launch the app, and select “I've used the app before, and want to login again”. Then tap I've forgotten my password. Enter the email address or phone number you used when registering, and select Submit.
You should then receive an email or SMS message with instructions on how to reset your password. Click the link within the message, and complete the short form to choose a new password.
Go back to the app, and visit the Login page again. Now enter your username, and the new password you chose. Wait up to a minute for the login process to complete, and all of your tailored content to be downloaded. You are now ready to use the app again.
