To log in you will need your username and password, which you set when you created your account. Your username will either be your email address or phone number.
Depending on your situation, select either “I’ve already created my account online” or “I’ve used the app before, and want to login again”. Both of these options will take you to the login page. Please note that if you have not created an account before or used the app before, you will need to create an account first before logging in.
If you are experiencing difficulties with logging in, please check the below points:
Your username has been input correctly (either your email address or phone number)
You have spelled your password correctly
You have a working internet connection (ideally a WiFi connection)
