The aim of this app is to support you with tools and information to help you make the most of your treatment, while also enabling your clinical team to understand your progress more easily.


At a minimum, your clinical team requests that you complete any surveys or questionnaires that pop up or appear on your Home page. These questions form a key part of your care.


How often and for how long you continue using the app will depend on your procedure. However, you will get the most value from the app if you do all of the following:


When your procedure date is still weeks away

Launch the app every few days to check for new videos or messages. Read around the Info section - there is lots of useful information there to help prepare you for your procedure or treatment.


If any surveys pop up, please do complete them - they are really important for your clinical team.




Your Home page may also show:

  • A pain report. Please complete this to let your team know the overall pain level you are experiencing

  • An exercise routine. You may have been asked to do daily exercises to help prepare for your procedure. Please perform each exercise as indicated in the videos, and record how many 'reps' (repetitions) of each exercise you completed.






Less than 1 week before your procedure date

Please launch the app every day, and check the Home page to:

  • Check for new videos or messages

  • Complete your daily pain report

  • Complete any daily exercises




Your Home page may also show Checklists. Tap to see a list of checklists to help you prepare for your procedure. Work through these checklists in a sensible order.


Less than 2 weeks after your procedure date

Keep launching the app every day, and checking the Home page to complete the activities as above.


More than 2 weeks after your procedure date

Log into the app every few days to check for new videos or messages.


If any surveys pop up, please do complete them - they are really important for your clinical team.


After several weeks, you will likely want to stop using the app as frequently. That's fine - but please don't uninstall the app. We will send you an email at key intervals after your procedure date (typically 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after) asking you to launch the app again to complete a clinical survey - again, it's critical that you complete these surveys to help inform your clinical team of your progress.
