When you launch the app, you start on the Home page. This shows two things:
A video player
A list of activities that you should complete today
The video player should show a video that's relevant to where you are in time, relative to your procedure date. Always watch the relevant videos, as they have key information and reminders from your clinical team. You should also get notifications on your device alerting you when a new video is available to be watched.
The activities list may include surveys, pain reports, exercises and checklists. Each activity starts as a 'play' icon, and changes to a 'tick' icon when completed. Please try to complete all available activities each time you launch the app.
