This page shows a chart for each clinical survey you have completed. Each survey response has an associated score - higher scores indicate improved recovery. In the case of daily or frequently-repeated surveys, a chart may show for an individual survey question.
Use these to track your progress through your treatment and rehabilitation.
Note that if you are having bilateral knee or hip surgery, some charts may show separately for your left and right side.
