If the app seems to be misbehaving, please try the following:

  • Close (exit) the app, and launch it again. If that does not work:

  • Log out (from the More page), tap Login and then login using your email address and password. If that does not work:

  • Uninstall the app, and reinstall it (from the App Store for Apple devices, or Google Play for Android devices). Launch the app, tap Login and then login using your email address and password.


If none of these solve the issues you are seeing, please contact us and ensure that you provide:

  • Precise details of the issue you are having with your app

  • Approximate date and time of the issue

  • What device you are using

  • The OS (operating system) version installed on your device
