When registering using a web form, you will be asked to provide dates, such as your date of birth and your procedure date.
Clicking into any date field will open the date picker widget, as below:
Tapping the left or right arrow will change the month. However if you click the month or year (in this case 'February 1920' you will see a zoomed widget as below:
Now tapping the inner arrows will change the year. Now tapping the year itself (in this case '1920') will change the grid from months to years, as below:
Now tapping the inner arrows will change the grid in 12-year increments.
At any time, you can select the year before selecting the month within that year.
Once you've selected the correct year and month, just choose the correct day within the month.
