If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please contact your healthcare team directly.
The App Support Team can only provide support regarding the functionality of the app.
If you do not know the contact details of your healthcare team, you can find these in “Clinical contacts & locations” under the “More” tab in the app.
If your appointment has been postponed, and you have already registered in the app, you can update the date displayed in the app by tapping the “More” tab, then tap “Treatment date”. You will be able to amend the date here*. If there is no option to edit, then your care provider will do this for you (note that there can sometimes be a delay).
*If you do not know your new appointment date, we recommend setting the date to 6 months from now! This can always be changed again later.
