Depending on how your care team has invited you to the myrecovery platform, there could be up to two different ways for you to create an account.
Inside the app - with a 6 digit pin code
If you have received an invitation SMS and 6 digit pin code via either email or SMS message, then you will be able to create an account inside the app.
To do this, follow the below steps:
Download the app onto your device
Tap “I have received a pin code and want to complete my account creation”
Input your email address and 6-digit pincode
Set a password and tap Submit
Outside the app
If you do not have a 6 digit pin code, then there should be a link in your invitation SMS message, which allows you to create an account outside the app on a web browser. After creating your account we’d recommend you download the app and log by tapping “I’ve already created my account online”
If you do not have access to a smartphone or tablet, and so can not download the app, you can still access some of the same materials by clicking “Access web portal” in your web browser.
