Your pin code should have been sent to you via email or SMS. If you have not received this, please check your junk email folder. We may have an incorrect email address and/or mobile number on our system.

Contact us to inform us that you have not received your pin code, with your correct email address and mobile number.

We can then send you your 6 digit pin code so you can create your account! 

If you have already created your account, or signed yourself up for the app using an online form you will not need to create an account  again in the app, so will not require a 6 digit pin code. Simply tap “I have already created my account online ” and enter the password you created.

If you cannot remember your password, do not worry! Select “I’ve forgotten my password” in the app. This will send you an email or SMS, allowing you to reset your password.
